With heavy investment in ERP, CRM, and automation, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to combine traditional accounting with cutting-edge data analytics - helping shape the future of the business.

In this broad and exciting role, you''ll work closely with senior leaders, taking ownership of the month-end process while turning data into actionable insight. No two days will be the same - one day you''ll be producing management accounts, the next you''ll be building PowerBI dashboards or helping streamline a process to boost profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of month-end journals, reconciliations, and core finance processes
• Producing accurate management accounts and insightful reporting packs
• Building dashboards in PowerBI and ERP systems to highlight key trends
• Partnering with department managers to improve margins and data quality
• Leading process improvements and automation projects across finance
• Analysing 25+ years of historical data to uncover opportunities for growth
• Supporting ERP and technology transformation initiatives

• Salary from -45,00055,000 depending on experience
