Finance Manager - Full-Time, Office-Based (5 Days a Week)

Contract: Interim to permanent

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our finance function. This is a pivotal role for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment. You will take full ownership of both transactional finance and month-end reporting, working closely with senior management to support the business''s financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day transactional finance activities (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll input).
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage month-end close, including journals and reporting packs for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.

On-site working in the Coventry office 5 days per week - ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business.
