Finance Manager

Axon Moore is pleased to partner with an SME based in Haydock as they look to recruit a finance manager for a 12-month contract. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and leading a small team for a well-established business

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of the preparation and reporting of all financial statements including monthly management reporting pack
• Provide KPI reporting alongside monthly accounts
• Ensure records of all assets are fully maintained
• Work with key 3rd parties
• Take ownership of Sage50 any process improvements

The successful candidate will be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) qualified by experience will be considered. Proven background in running end to end accounts in SME environment is essential for this role.

This role is based in the office full time. Hybrid working will be discussed after 3 months
