This is a hands-on role covering month-end, bookkeeping, project accounting, revenue recognition, media accruals, reporting and forecasting, alongside the management of two Finance Assistants. Ideal for a recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with 3-4 years'' relevant experience who is ready to take the next step. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance team and manage two Finance Assistants. Manage the month-end close process. Oversee project finances, revenue recognition and media accruals. Produce budgets, forecasts and management reports. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis. Review sales invoices and supplier requests. Improve finance processes, systems and controls. Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to the wider business. Support the Finance Director with wider projects.
