Main Duties:As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:Be a key partner to the FD, who will teach and grow your career with the business to become a true partner and leader in the finance team Lead the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts, budgeting and forecasting across the group, and delivery of high-quality board reportingManage and develop the finance team, driving best-in-class standards, strong financial controls, and continuous process improvementOversee cash flow forecasting, financial modelling (PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow), and ensure balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliationsIdentify and implement efficiency improvements across finance operations, including Purchase and Sales Ledger processesTake ownership of UK tax compliance and act as the primary contact for auditors and banking partnersLocation / Office / CultureBased in Redditch, this company is a growing mid-sized business with a finance team of 20+.
