With strong growth plans and a reputation for looking after its people, this role offers a broad, high-visibility position working closely with an experienced Group Financial Controller, alongside the flexibility of just two days in the office.Main Duties:As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:Support the Group Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust accounting processes and effective financial controls are maintained.Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all areas.Contribute to financial planning and analysis, providing clear insights to support informed decision-making.Assist in implementing and maintaining strong internal controls, financial policies and procedures.Monitor cash flow and working capital, supporting treasury management activities as required.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Support automation initiatives and continuous process improvements within the finance function.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance ..... full job details .....
