Finance Manager Location: Harrogate Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full-time, office-based We are a leading provider of high-quality home care services for older people, recognised with an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) across our branches. As we continue to grow, we re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function, support business performance and drive continuous improvement. The Role Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls and efficient processes. Prepare monthly management accounts and support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Manage client invoicing, debtors, creditors, supplier payments, payroll, expenses and pensions. Monitor financial performance, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the Managing Director, external accountants and operational teams, while developing and mentoring the finance team as the business grows. The Ideal Candidate Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
