Finance Manager Location: London Salary: £60,000 per annum Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business performance? We''re looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to join one of our flagship workplace hospitality contracts. This is a highly visible business partnering role where you''ll work alongside operational leaders, using financial insight to drive commercial decisions, improve performance and support a dynamic, customer-focused operation. You''ll enjoy turning data into action, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver measurable results. What you''ll be doing Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial financial insight and challenge.Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.Analyse financial performance, identify trends and recommend practical solutions.Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, labour, stock and costs.Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance.Support business improvement projects, change initiatives and strategic decision-making.Build strong relationships with finance and operational teams, helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.
