The Wise Group is evolving its Finance function, creating a stronger connection between financial performance, delivery and growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager - Commercial and Performance will work closely with Service Delivery and Commercial and Partnerships, helping colleagues understand financial and contract performance, what is driving change and what that means for the decisions ahead. Supported by a Financial Analyst, the role will use financial information to look ahead, challenge assumptions and turn insight into action. It will also play an important role in bids, pricing and new opportunities, helping shape the financial and commercial assumptions at the outset and ensuring these carry through into mobilisation and delivery. Responsibilities Be a trusted Finance partner to Service Delivery and Commercial and Partnerships, providing insight, support and constructive challenge.
