Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a growing business based in Ringwood, Hampshire, who have the requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will take one a broad day-to-day remit of work, including some group reporting, all supported by the Finance Director. This could also be an opportunity for a Management Accountant to take their next step in their career, as this role would come with any staff management to begin with.What will the Finance Manager role involve? Support with budgeting and forecasting processes, in addition to KPIsOversee and support when required with ledger entries, reconciliation and day to day transactional accounting tasksManagement accounts preparation for one entity, including commentary and analysisSupport the Finance Director with statutory reporting and year endRegular cash flow reporting, including the supervision and sign off of purchase ledger payment runsAssist the Finance Director with ensuring necessary controls are in place and adhered to Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy: An ACCA or CIMA qualification is beneficial but not essentialPrevious experience working as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager is requiredHand on and flexible approach to work, ideally with experience in an SME environment Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager: This is an office-based positionLovely modern offices in RingwoodExtended holiday ..... full job details .....
