CMA Recruitment Group have partnered with a growing organisation based in Andover, Hampshire to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a key role within the finance team, leading the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions (team of 7) while supporting ongoing projects alongside month-end and audit requirements. The business is on a strong growth trajectory, with plans to significantly increase turnover over the next five years.The successful candidate will be qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience, and will be an approachable, hands on Finance Manager with proven team management experience.
