Finance Manager

Our client, based in Swindon, is excited to announce that they are looking for a new Finance Manager.Experienced finance professional leading financial reporting, compliance, process improvement, and team performance within a multinational environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and develop the financial reporting team.• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.• Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and strong financial controls.• Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.• Support the optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools, including SAP and OneStream.• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure consistent reporting standards and best practices.Requirements• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).• Proven experience leading financial reporting or accounting teams.• Strong background in financial reporting, management accounting, and balance sheet reviews.• Experience within large, complex, multi-entity and/or multinational organisations.• Shared Services experience preferred.• Strong systems knowledge, including SAP, OneStream, or similar ERP/reporting platforms.• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement automation, and drive operational efficiency.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable• Manufacturing ..... full job details .....
