About the role We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage CASPA''s financial operations. This role involves overseeing the charity''s financial management, producing budgets and management accounts, monitoring cashflow, ensuring financial compliance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial systems and controls are in place across the organisation. The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team, supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees and playing a pivotal role in achieving the charity''s objectives and future growth .
