You will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers, helping to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting and informed business decisions. The Role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and meaningful. You will oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, payroll processes and financial controls, while supporting managers to understand performance and manage costs effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining financial compliance, improving systems and processes, and ensuring the organisation has the financial information it needs to operate efficiently and plan for the future.
