As they continue to evolve and strengthen their finance function, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a small team (demonstrable people leadership skills required), financial reporting, payroll and finance operations, whilst supporting senior leaders in delivering their long-term strategic objectives. This is more than a technical finance role. The OpportunityReporting into the Finance Director and managing a small team, you''ll take ownership of financial reporting, audit, controls, budgeting and forecasting, whilst overseeing a small finance team, including payroll. You''ll be a visible leader across the organisation, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Own budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
