Finance Manager Derry £40,000 Flexible Hours Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading supplier in to the construction industry who are looking for a Finance Manager. Responsibilities: Perform regular reconciliations of company bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Reconcile daily/weekly cash sales against deposits and internal records. Process supplier invoices, manage payment runs, and maintain accurate creditor records. Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries. Post general ledger journals and reconcile key control accounts regularly. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Prepare and submit VAT returns, CIS filings, and Intrastat reports in line with regulations. Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate billing, inventory, and financial reporting. Assist with payroll processing, reconciliations, and handling staff queries. Complete and submit financial/statistical surveys as required by regulatory bodies. Prepare and submit industry-specific tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
