You''ll be working closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of the finance function, and helping shape financial processes moving forward.The RoleYou''ll lead the day-to-day finance function, overseeing one team member and external providers (payroll, HR, etc.).This is a hands-on role but with a strong strategic element - ideal for someone who can balance doing the detail with stepping back to support wider organisational decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for financial management, reporting, and controlProduction of:Monthly management accountsBudgets and reforecastsRolling cashflow forecastsPreparing financial reports for senior leadership, trustees, and external stakeholdersSupporting annual reporting requirements (including charity/statutory submissions)Ownership of tax-related matters (e.g. VAT, Gift Aid where applicable)Monitoring restricted vs unrestricted funding and balance sheet integritySupporting funding applications with financial modelling and ..... full job details .....
