Finance Manager Location: Skegness (office based)Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annumVacancy Type: PermanentBenjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Finance Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the accounting operation of a successful family run business. As Finance Manager, you will be leading the periodic financial reporting for all legal entities and budgets, maintain accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company''s financial results and ensure that reports comply with financial reporting standards. You will also collate, calculate and check staff monthly time sheets and liaise with an external payroll company to ensure timely payroll. The hours are 8am - 5pm.The role of Finance ManagerProactively lead and manage the accounting function and ensure robust financial controls and measures are in place across the businessComplete daybooks including bank reconciliationCompile the monthly and annual financial results for all legal entities in a timely, accurate, professional and agreed formatConduct regular sales and purchase ledger reviews and obtain approvals on supplier payment runsCollate, calculate and review hourly paid staff monthly time sheets and provide details to external payroll company of both salaried and hourly paid staff to ensure timely paymentConduct monthly balance sheet reviews for all legal entitiesReview and approve VAT returns for all legal entitiesPrepare annual budget for key ..... full job details .....
