This role oversees reporting, compliance, cashflow management, and system improvements while partnering closely with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecastsReport on KPIs and financial performanceEnsure compliance with UK accounting standards, VAT, and corporation tax requirementsManage payroll oversight, ledgers, and the fixed asset registerOversee cashflow, banking relationships, and debtor managementLead audits and liaise with external advisorsImprove financial systems, processes, and controlsManage and develop the finance teamAbout YouQualified Accountant (ACCA/ CIMA / ACA) ideallyStrong commercial acumen and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel and financial systems experienceDetail-oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressureConfident communicator with leadership experienceExperience in a creative, production, or project-based environment is ..... full job details .....
