The company is on an exciting growth trajectory, with turnover set to more than triple over the next few years, supported by significant investment in its site, equipment, and infrastructure.This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or finalist-level accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). The role offers clear, genuine progression towards senior finance leadership.The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting the wider business with commercial insight. Responsibilities include:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including PandL and balance sheet reconciliationsVariance analysis and KPI reportingSupporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesPreparing board packs and financial reporting outputsWorking with auditors and supporting the audit processDriving improvements across systems, processes, and controlsProviding ad-hoc financial support across the wider groupAbout YouACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalistStrong technical accounting abilityCommercial, proactive, and detail-orientedConfident communicator with strong Excel skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentManufacturing experience beneficial but not essentialOur ..... full job details .....
