This-is-an-excellent-opportunity-to-work-alongside-an-experienced-Finance-Director-in-a-role-that-has-genuine-long-term-progression-and-succession-planning-at-its-heart.-You-will-play-a-key-role-in-the-finance-function,-helping-to-drive-performance,-improve-reporting,-and-support-the-continued-growth-of-the-business.

Key-responsibilities-include:

• Producing-accurate-and-insightful-monthly-management-accounts.
• Budgeting,-forecasting-and-financial-planning.
• Analysing-costs-and-identifying-opportunities-to-improve-profitability.
• Developing-management-information-and-enhancing-financial-reporting.
• Reviewing-and-improving-finance-processes-and-systems.
• Supporting-and-mentoring-a-small-finance-team.

This-role-would-suit-an-established-Finance-Manager-or-a-driven-Management-Accountant-who-is-ready-to-take-the-next-step-in-their-career.-The-business-is-looking-for-someone-who-enjoys-adding-value,-improving-processes,-and-working-closely-with-senior-leadership-to-influence-decision-making.
