You will be responsible for managing our finances, pushing you beyond your comfort zone. You will work from our headquarters in London, with benefits including:Gaining operational experience in a start-up or scale-up environment with tangible results that impact the business.Collaborating closely with our CEOs on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to investors, including participation in board meetings.Unlimited growth potential within our company, with a strong culture of internal promotion.Your responsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.Providing weekly cash flow updates.Conducting monthly PandL and cash flow analyses for comprehensive financial insights.Implementing cost optimization strategies.Reviewing intercompany and external loans to maintain financial health.Supporting sales and operations teams.Leading working capital management.Managing financial planning related to human resources.What we expect from youWe are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a drive to excel. You should take ownership of your tasks, be proactive, and follow through. Humility and a passion for building and executing new businesses are also important. Additionally, you should have:An accounting background, preferably with over two years of experience at a Big Four firm.Experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.A valid UK work permit.Experience in the media and conferences industry is preferred but not mandatory.Apply for this job
