Location: Peterborough | Salary: £45000 - £50000/annum + Package | Type: Permanent | My client are looking for a Finance Manager who has experience preferably from within or had experience in the Construction & Hospitality Industry and has a ‘Can Do Attitude’ with the capability in being responsible for Costings - Purchasing & Budgets in various departments. Key Accountabilities: • Prepare departmental monthly accounts • Cost Control over all departments of the business • Valuing & checking purchase orders • Raising purchase orders • Performing commercial analysis for senior management • Maintain supplier database • Analysis of trade creditors • Dealing with any incoming queries Additional Requirements That Would Be an Advantage To The Candidates • An appropriate qualification such as CIMA or AAT (Level 3) • Strong Excel skills are a pre-requisite of this role and are essential • Commercial acumen • High degree of accuracy and motivation • Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and have drive and ambition to succeed • Flexibility - working across all areas of business
