Finance Manager

Artis are pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation based in Wiltshire, near Bath, to support the appointment of an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join its senior support team.Reporting to the CFO, you will take a lead role in managing the finance function, combining hands-on financial management with strategic oversight. Key responsibilities include preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts; overseeing payroll, pensions, and fee billing; managing audits and compliance; and enhancing financial systems and controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or part-qualified with strong relevant experience. You will have excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
