Finance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established, family-run business. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a hands-on finance environment, and can bring strong technical ability alongside a calm, collaborative approach. Experience using NetSuite system is beneficial. You ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of core finance processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Manage bank and balance sheet reconciliations Work with management, procurement and directors regarding budgets and forecasting Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities Manage petty cash, expense claims, and corporate credit card reconciliations Support payroll processing and review payroll-related entries when required Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts and cost centre PandL Support budget preparation, monitor variances and highlight issues to management Prepare documentation for internal and external audits Respond to finance queries Skills and Experience Required Strong experience using NetSuite within a finance environment would be beneficial ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience within ..... full job details .....
