Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports through SAP, and complete reporting requirements to HQ and auditors.Ensure accurate and timely compliance related to finance - reporting, VAT, corporation tax, maintaining registers and records, etc.Manage the accounts payable and receivable function.Ensure bank reconciliation and balance confirmation.Timely month end, quarterly and annual audits.Prepare annual company budgets, monitoring, forecasting.Perform comprehensive variance analysis and determine root cause for significant variances.Prepare various regular and ad hoc MIS for decision making/analysis.Keep up with compliances and update compliance software.Oversee day-to-day bookings and reporting.Internal and external audit.Process improvement and other tasks as required.Qualifications and Skills
Accounting Degree - advanced degree preferred8+ years of relevant work experience in FinanceSAP working experience in FICO, MM and SDQuickBooksHyperion (preferable)Microsoft (expert knowledge)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilityPro-active, motivated, team player with strong organizational skills requiring minimal supervisionJob Details
