Finance Manager

I am working with a high growth PE backed business who operate in an exciting sector and has great growth plans over the next 5 years who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The newly appointed Finance Manager will report to a high calibre FD to establish BAU reporting and ensure that the finance team provides added value to the business. The business operates a flexible culture with hybrid working (3 days WFH)Key aspects of the role will includeDelivering management accounts and developing MI to support business decision makingImprove financial controls and drive automation where appropriate to ensure information is as accurate as it can be, supporting growthDay to day management of a small finance function, managing AR/AP and cashflow forecastingProduction of Board reportsThe ideal Finance Manager will have similar experience working in a SME business and enjoys an autonomous role.
