Finance Manager

A growing and successful manufacturing business in Bradford is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CIMA Accountant who enjoys combining strong financial control with commercial insight in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Finance Manager will report directly to an established Financial Controller and you will take ownership of the finance function, lead a small team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.Key responsibilities as Finance ManagerProduction of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentaryBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementMonitoring manufacturing costs, margins and operational performanceDeveloping and enhancing financial reporting and KPI analysisSupporting senior management with commercial and strategic decision-makingManaging balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining robust financial controlsLeading and developing a finance team of fourManaging the year-end audit process and acting as the key point of contact for external auditorsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processesEnsuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsThe successful Finance Manager will ideally possessCIMA qualification (or equivalent ACCA/ACA)Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environmentStrong management accounting and financial control ..... full job details .....
