We are looking for an experienced and hands on finance individual to join a busy primary school supporting the day-to-day Finance and operational functions. The Role: Managing nursery fees and payments, including reconciliation Invoicing Month end Overseeing wraparound care administration and payments Managing payments and administration for afterschool clubs Responding to parent queries and resolving issues efficiently Supporting the school''s financial administration and reconciliation processes Working closely with the Headteacher and school leadership team Managing day-to-day operational and administrative matters Ensuring accurate records, payments and processes are maintained Providing a visible and approachable presence within the school Some administrative and processing work can be supported by the Head Office team, but the successful candidate will need to be visible and accessible within the school and confident dealing directly with parents and staff.
