Finance Manager Widnesc£55,000 per annum Permanent Flexible working options Early Finish on Fridays Are you an experienced Finance Manager or hands-on Financial Controller looking to take ownership of a finance function within a successful and growing manufacturing business? Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this broad and commercially focused role covers management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls and business partnering. You will lead a small finance team while providing accurate financial information and commercial insight to support business decisions. The Role As Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting. Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you will provide commercial insight, strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to improve performance, systems and processes. You will also support and develop the finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day finance function and manage a small finance team. Produce monthly management accounts, including the PandL, balance sheet and supporting analysis. Take ownership of the month-end and year-end reporting processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management activities. Provide variance analysis and commercial insight to support business performance.
