Key Responsibilities:As the Accounts/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of exciting tasks, including: Uploading purchase invoices into Xero with precision.Creating payment schedules and processing bi-weekly payments.Preparing and submitting VAT returns, including postponed VAT.Raising invoices, ensuring correct CIS deductions and VAT rates.Reconciling bank and credit accounts while addressing banking queries.Liaising with suppliers regarding invoicing, credit limits, and payments.Conducting age debtor analysis and managing credit control.Keeping Directors informed on the company''s financial position through insightful project financials, sales mix analysis, and profit and loss reports.Preparing budgets and forecasts to guide the organisation''s financial planning.Collaborating with external accountants to provide necessary information for annual accounts.Working ..... full job details .....
