This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys full ownership of the finance and client accounting function. You''ll be the go-to financial lead for the business, overseeing all client money activity, reporting, reconciliations, VAT, payment runs, arrears management and financial controls across a busy residential property portfolio. The Role Managing client and business accounting processes end-to-end Maintaining accurate tenant and landlord ledgers Allocating rent payments and resolving discrepancies Reconciling rents, fees and property-related expenditure Preparing landlord payments, tenant refunds and contractor payments Running client payment cycles and maintaining strong audit trails Responding to finance queries from landlords, tenants and suppliers Producing financial forecasts, management reports and performance insights Monitoring financial performance and reporting to senior management Completing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with client money regulations Conducting daily credit control and proactively reducing arrears Producing regular arrears reports and managing collection activity Processing contractor, supplier, insurance and utility invoices Ensuring accurate coding and ..... full job details .....
