Responsibilities Include:Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packs, including detailed analysis and commentary on the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.Monitor and report on capital expenditure, ensuring adherence to budgets and control frameworks.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, procedures, and internal controls, including the maintenance and documentation of internal control frameworks.Oversee the preparation, review, and timely resolution of Balance Sheet reconciliation.Prepare consolidated Group and individual statutory financial statements, alongside drafting of related materials including press releases, investor presentations, the Annual Report, and Audit Committee documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing all aspects of the half-year and year-end audit process.Monitor developments in accounting standards, ..... full job details .....
