Reporting to the FD this is a newly created, hands-on role offering broad exposure across the full finance cycle, as well as supporting in key business decisions. You will be responsible for financial reporting, business partnering and driving continuous improvement across the finance function. Responsibilities: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Support quarterly and annual shareholder reporting. Assist the Finance Director with reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
