Description

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering insights to support strategic decisions.Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Supervise and support the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.Assist with system implementation to D365

Profile

A Successful Finance Manager Should Have

Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Over two years of experience in industry, ideally within a group businessExperience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Offer
