Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will combine operational responsibility with opportunities to improve systems, controls and automation as the team grows. Duties Oversee the day-to-day finance function, managing a Finance Assistant. Own the month-end timetable, journals and reconciliations, supporting management accounts and budget variance reporting. Oversee bank reconciliations and support cash monitoring and intercompany accounting. Coordinate payroll inputs, expenses, supplier records, fixed assets and monthly commission calculations. Support audit preparation and introduce clearer processes, stronger controls and practical automation.
