The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting effective financial planning, monitoring and reporting, ensuring robust financial controls and providing sound financial advice to service areas and senior stakeholders. The role would suit a qualified or highly experienced finance professional with strong public sector knowledge and an understanding of the financial environment within a Local Authority.
