Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to take full responsibility for the accounting function across a multi-company organisation. Managing a small finance team, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and supporting the company''s continued growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the accounting functions, financial records, and reporting across the business. Lead month-end processes, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Produce monthly management accounts and ad hoc board reports. Generate and analyse financial data to assess company performance and financial health. Ensure all internal and external financial reporting deadlines are met.
