Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full responsibility for the accounting function across a multi-company organisation. Managing a small finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and supporting the company''s continued growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the accounting function, financial records, payroll, financial controls, and reporting across the business. Lead month-end processes, producing management accounts, board reports, forecasting, analysis, and financial data to assess company performance and financial health. Ensure all internal and external financial reporting deadlines are met, including year-end accounts, VAT returns, deferred VAT/import duty accounts, RandD tax claims, and Patent Box requirements where applicable.
