Finance Manager (22.5 hours) - 1 year fixed term contract

The Job This is a newly created Finance Manager position, working 22.5 hours per week across three days, and offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and embedding an in-house finance function. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Resources, you will take ownership of financial reporting, month-end processes, budgeting support, audit preparation and financial controls. The organisation currently works with an outsourced bookkeeping provider, and you will act as the key finance lead overseeing outputs, ensuring accuracy and supporting continuous improvement. This is a broad and hands-on opportunity combining operational finance, management reporting, business partnering and process improvement.
