This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on financial management with team leadership and business partnering responsibilities.Based in Cannock, the role offers a hybrid working pattern of four days in the office and one day from home. Your new roleReporting into the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, leading a team across management accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You''ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, driving process improvements and providing meaningful commercial insight to stakeholders across the organisation.This opportunity would suit a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with previous experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant position.
