Finance Manager - 12 month FTC

Anderson Knight are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager, either qualified or qualified by experience, to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, while also contributing to the preparation of high-quality management accounts and supporting statutory audit activities in a PLC environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to operational excellence, financial integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Drive initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing reporting accuracy, with a focus on identifying and implementing automation opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise end-to-end finance workflows and ensure smooth integration with other business areas. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for improved processes, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function, encouraging innovation and best practices. Provide support in the preparation of management accounts and review operational activities, including overseeing the payment run process. Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing accurate financial data, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.
