Finance Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
My client, a well-respected charity based on the outskirts of Maidstone, are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a key, hands-on role within the small Finance team.Client DetailsWell-respected charity based near Maidstone.Description Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and maintain strong financial controls Manage budgets and forecasts, supporting managers through planning cycles Oversee VAT and Gift Aid reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance Support year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation Review payroll, approve payments, and manage core finance systems Act as a key finance contact for departmental managers and stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established finance team, with real scope to make an impact and contribute meaningfully to the work of the charity.ProfileMy client is looking for someone with the following experience:Qualified / Qualified by ExperienceExperience of leading and managing a small finance teamHands-on experience at Finance Manager level including the production of the management accounts, statutory accounts and audit liaison.The ability to commit to the full contractPrevious experience of working for a charity is helpful but not essential.This role is based on-site 5 days per week - please only apply if you are able to commit to the commute near Maidstone.Job OfferA salary level up to £60,000 dependent on experience25 days holiday + Bank ..... full job details .....
