Finance Lead

Finance Lead £300 - £400pd inside IR35 Location: Bristol Part-time initially: 2.5 days per week (potential flex on this) 6 month contract initially but could also go permanent in the future. We''re seeking an experienced Finance Lead to take ownership of both the strategic direction and day - to - day running of our finance function. This hybrid role blends Finance Director - level commercial leadership with hands - on financial management. As a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, you''ll drive financial strategy, deliver high - quality reporting, and ensure robust governance. You will also prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations directly to the Board.
