This entrepreneurial team advises borrowers, issuers, sponsors, asset managers, and credit funds on innovative and asset-backed financing solutions across a wide variety of sectors.The RoleYou’ll work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of transactions, including:Corporate cashflow and structured finance deals across multiple asset classesBorrowing base structures (corporate lends, warehouses, and private securitisations)Cashflow or recurring revenue lending and growth capital facilitiesComplex mezzanine transactions and bespoke financing structuresYou’ll gain exposure to diverse clients and sectors, advising on first-of-their-kind, innovative transactions, including fintech, SME lending, real estate-backed financing, consumer credit, and other novel asset classes.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating term sheets, facilities agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documentsActing across all elements of financings from structuring through to closing and post-closingManaging transactions efficiently while liaising with counterparties, clients, and colleagues across multiple practice groups (corporate, restructuring, regulatory, tax, etc.)Supporting business development initiatives and building your own client network with partner guidanceAbout YouWe are looking for a lawyer with:5+ PQE (structured finance/securitisation experience preferred but not essential)Strong drafting and negotiation skills with proven transaction management experienceA proactive and entrepreneurial approach, able to own client relationships and workstreamsConfidence in conducting commercial negotiations with counterpartiesExcellent client relationship and business development skillsA collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictionsWhy Join?This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-growth, market-leading practice that values innovation and creativity.
