Location: Ross-on-Wye / HybridHours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: Fixed Term Contract until Dec 2026, with possibility to extendSalary: up to £100,000 per annum (DoE)Reports to: Integrations DirectorStart Your Career with HSL ComplianceThe Finance Integrations Lead will take end-to-end ownership of finance integration activity across the Group, with a particular focus on integrating acquired businesses into a single back-office finance system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will focus on fully understanding and mapping existing processes and controls and identifying the best future target operating model. They will not only coordinate activity across finance, operations, HR and integration leads, but will also personally deliver key integration tasks.
