This role encompasses planning, analyzing financial data, crafting budgets, and ensuring financial compliance to support manufacturing operations and business goals!How you''ll make an impactDevelop and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing operationsConduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-makingPrepare and lead budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsSupervise and control manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and profitabilityImplement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsIdentify and mitigate financial risks associated with manufacturing operationsPerformance MonitoringConduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actionsWork closely with the manufacturing team to align financial goals with operational objectivesProvide financial leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing departmentEnsure accurate financial justification and return on investment (ROI) analysisWhat you bringDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is helpfulMinimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing environmentProven understanding of financial regulations and standardsProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficient in the use of financial software and ERP systemsValidated experience in leading financial operations in a manufacturing settingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience in cost management and operational improvement initiativesKnowledge of Lean, Quality, Health and Safety, and environmental issuesAuthority to approve financial transactions within departmental guidelinesAbility to make recommendations to senior management on financial mattersResponsibility for ensuring financial compliance and leading financial risksAbout the teamThe team plays a crucial role in the success of the business through our business partnering approach.We offer growth and career development for team members.
