This role will play a key part in delivering a large-scale ERP implementation, working closely with Finance, Technology, and external delivery partners to drive process improvements and support the successful rollout of new finance capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong finance process knowledge who enjoys bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements relating to finance processes and reporting. Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Assess proposed system and process changes for business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Support integration across core finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business readiness activities. Produce process documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, and user guides.
