In support of their continued activity, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director/ senior Financial leader to provide financial and commercial leadership stability, increasing profits in line with their ongoing growth.Reporting to and working closely alongside the Managing Director and senior leadership team, this position is critical in supporting and maintaining strong financial control and reporting, as well as contributing to the business''s future expansion, including modernisation and acquisition.Working from their offices in Worcester, the Finance Director will:• Review and analyse the performance of the business and provide this analysis to the MD and senior leadership team on a timely basis including quarterly updates• Ensure all reporting including annual financial statements and tax reporting are completed within deadlines including the delivery of monthly management accounts• Ensure financial records are complete and compliant• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders on finance matters including supporting the business''s strategic decisions (investment etc )• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function and department, including:o Ensure timely and accurate payments to supplierso Manage and improve debt collection / accounts receivable ..... full job details .....
