Finance Director - Worcestershire Our client is a recognised and successful family business who provide top-quality construction tools, site supplies and consumables across the UK. In support of their continued activity, we are seeking an experienced and new Finance Director to provide financial and commercial leadership stability, increasing profits in line with their ongoing growth.Reporting to and working closely alongside the Managing Director and senior leadership team, this position is critical in supporting and maintaining strong financial control and reporting, as well as contributing to the business''s future expansion.Working from their offices in Worcester, the Finance Director will:Review and analyse the performance of the business and provide this analysis to the MD and senior leadership team on a timely basis including quarterly updatesEnsure all reporting including annual financial statements and tax reporting are completed within deadlines including the delivery of monthly management accountsEnsure financial records are complete and compliantAct as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders on finance matters including supporting the business''s strategic decisions (investment etc )Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function and department, including:Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliersManage and improve debt collection / accounts receivable processesPeople and process managementMaintain oversight of cash flow and working ..... full job details .....
